Since 1st January 2018 our restaurant is run by SV Group, the leader of the institutional catering sector in Switzerland.

Under the SV Restaurant brand, our partner proposes a high quality culinary offer and answers the needs and expectations of our guests and visitors by preparing delicious meals. Our restaurant is taking a stand in supporting fresh and local agricultural production, in preparing healthy and well-balanced meals, and in concepts that favor and support a sustainable nutrition.

Hence, we will remain a proud representative of the GRTA label of guarantee (Genève Région – Terre Avenir).
